Helpppp! I’m so nervous about starting this year. I am a first year teacher and fortunately, I have a job at the ISD I was clinical teaching at. I was a clinical teacher in PE because I was a kinesiology major and was never in a classroom so I don’t know what to expect. How do I prep for this class? What should I be looking at over the summer? Classroom management? I have so many questions. I just feel like I’m not prepared enough. I need general advice and any guidance. I know my first year won’t be perfect but I also would be very bummed if I didn’t have my job next school year because I’m on a probationary contract.

I’ve never been to the beach and I know there are rules on the beach. Can I bring a canopy or do I need to look for an umbrella? What are a few things that would be good and useful to take? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!
