How can I help my wife with childhood trauma?

Hi! I (38M) am married to my wife (34F) for 14 years we have 4 kid 2 daughters 13 & 12 and 2 sons 8 years & a newborn 3 months

My wife has some childhood trauma she told me she used to runaway at her uncles house when her mother and grandmother (my Mother in law of my wife's mother)

Her mother was burned accidentally while cooking. She took care the house when her mom was in the hospital she would have been 14 or 15 at that time

One aunt died of cancer

Her mother has been diagnosed with severe depression

Has spent a month 2 years ago in a psychiatric ward. My wife stayed with her for a few days

I think these and some other things like my daughters growing older are giving her anxiety

She is a very good loving wife and mother

But

Sometimes when things don't go according to plan or there's some tension she takes it heavily on her mind start to yell at me and the kids get afraid too much sometimes sometimes there is is uncontrollable anger on trivial things. The kids take affect their self-esteem / self confidence is hurting.

I want to help my wife become mentally strong

I want her to overcome her trauma and fears

She has started seeing a psychiatrist

But I want to help too.

Can you give me some simple advice or tips on how to help her

She wants to help her mother too but it is very difficult for her

Suggest me some books to understand this subject more

Or some lecturer on YouTube

Thank you
