Got bored so I made this
My cover of Don’t Jump The Shark Before You Save The Whale featuring Jonny Craig.
I swear this sounded so much better on my laptop.
I made all this from scratch using fl studios, voice memo for iPhone, my voice, and my brain and my mouse and other stuff like that lol.
I only spent 23 minute doing these vocal takes and I did like 2-5 takes per line and took the best out of the bunch so that’s why it doesn’t sound perfect at all.

And go to around 3:11 for the duet part.
My favorite lyric from this is "if it was up to me, we'd be just fine". The other lyrics describe a relationship that has just ended. And this lyrics perfectly captures how much he didn't want it to end. I'm assuming Misha (the vocalist of the band) wrote the lyrics, and that he respects and recognizes his partner's decision to end the relationship when he says "if it were up to me".
This paints the picture to be that it's not up to him, it was all her, she did this to him. This wording perfectly captures the feeling of abandonment and betrayal from the person he focuses on most in his life. This band and specifically this album are so underrated. Yeah they had featured Jonny Craig and Craig Owen's, but what I see in the media doesn't really say that they created something so unique. I listened to this album so freaking much through 2025 and every time I think I have a favorite song from the album, another one catches my ear by the hook and digs into my brain.
