Doing some tests for scalemail
Before committing myself to a bigger project, i did this test with metal scales and velvet yarn (it is so soft on the skin, i love it).
I used some velvet yarn from Alison & Mae (from Action), a 4.0mm crochet hook and some metal scales bought on internet.
The result is pretty heavy but it gives a nice drape. My final goal is to make a crop top.
