An Update on Community Assistance and Support

Hello everyone at r/coreldraw ,

We hope your week has been going well.

First of all, thank you for your patience.

After several rounds of internal discussions, we're pleased to share that we're ready to provide assistance to as many community members as possible, in line with our Support Policy https://kb.corel.com/en/129621 .

As some of you may know, our support teams are only able to provide official support for the newest versions of CorelDRAW and a limited number of previous releases. That's where you, our community members, can make a real difference.

If you're still using older versions of CorelDRAW that are no longer officially supported, your experience and knowledge are invaluable. We encourage you to share your insights and help fellow users whenever you can.

Our goal is to focus on providing guidance that is publicly available so that it can benefit everyone in the community. We'll also share resources, troubleshooting steps, and self-help solutions that members can follow on their own.

That said, some issues require direct assistance from our Support team. In those cases, we'll recommend reaching out to Support through https://www.coreldraw.com/en/support/, where they'll be best equipped to investigate and assist further.

We hope to help as many of you as possible, but we also encourage everyone who is willing to participate in discussions, share their expertise, and support one another.

After all, this is your community. Together, we can make it a welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful place for both new and experienced CorelDRAW users.

With that, we're excited to get started very soon.

We wish you all a great rest of the week, and we look forward to connecting with you.
