Anyone have experience doing a software update on a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy? The CarPlay is spotty at best and the dealer recommended doing an update. We’ve followed the step by step instructions, but it keeps saying it can’t read the files on the USB drive. CarPlay was one of our must haves when we purchased the car and it’s great when it works. My Mom has it on her Nissan Pathfinder and it works great for me, so I feel like it’s definitely on the Hyundai technology side.
