We leave in a week and are getting a bit nervous. We’ll be staying at Hyatt Place the night before. I planned on shuttling back to MCO and taking DCL shuttle. I had marked a Reddit post that outlined the process at the Regency but I can’t find it now.

It’s me, wife, and two kids 8 and 10. Our PAT is 2:00 but i understand if we use DCL transport that doesn’t really matter. Do I need to book DCL Transport ahead of time? How?

I started looking at Uber as a backup plan but I read stories of drivers canceling rides because Uber doesn’t pay well enough for the journey to the port so now I’m really nervous.
