Best One-Shots for Experienced Players?

TL;DR: What're your favorite one-shots for experienced players?

I've been DM'ing a table for the past 6 years, which has included one campaign that has gone all the way to level 20 and a follow-up campaign that's currently just reached level 9. My partner and I are expecting twins, and that combined with a generally hectic summer schedule makes scheduling sessions unpredictable. Because of this, I'm planning to transition our current campaign, which has consisted mostly of long-form dungeon crawls, into a series of shorter vignette-style adventures, slotting existing one-shots into our campaign structure.

However, most listicles online are focused on introductory modules for new players. Since my players are old-school TTRPG players who have been playing since AD&D, and they're level 9 and have already done one large campaign, those don't feel appropriate. What are some fun, 2nd or 3rd tier standalone ones shots that you'd recommend?

The campaign setting is drawing loosely on Spelljammer, and the players have a ship that they'll use to visit various worlds, so we're largely setting agnostic -- I'll adapt things as needed to slot them in. We tend to prefer dungeon crawls to theater of the mind, but I'm open to suggestions for either!
