I own a property management company and recently opened an account with mercury, within only 3 days of activating my checking account and card (card and account have never been used anywhere before) there were multiple fraudulent charges.

Customer service hasn’t been great and they refuse to go deeper and answer my questions about how this could’ve happened. And keep telling me it was probably from entering my card into a fraudulent site, but again I’ve never used this card.

Long story short, I’m looking to see if anyone has any other good banking recs. or if you’ve ever experienced something like this with mercury?
