What to focus on?

I’m on level 30. I have a rule not to spend real life money on the game. The match 3 levels I have no boosters etc so I will get stuck on one level for days, zerroooo fun there.

Then, I just feel like I’m mostly waiting for factories to make stuff for a few train or helicopter items to get a few more gold coins . I almost never have the balls for the bloom game or the bouncy boat one to help my team. Most of the regatta is match 3 items.

Am I focusing on the wrong tasks? Being inefficient? It all feels very unrewarding!

Slowly phasing back into movement vs waiting 3 months!

Hi! I am 4.5 WPO with a tummy tuck and muscle repair. My recovery has been slow but fine so far.

I am a fairly active person. Originally my surgeon had said I could restart activity like
Pilates, yoga, lifting at two months. At my last appointment he changed it to three months (including lifting my four year old). He didn’t give a real reason for this. I think he can just be kind of slightly casual with his comments - eg every time I see him he gives a different answer for how much longer I should be wearing the binder, at what point I can use silicon tapes etc. And originally I thought I could lift my son at six weeks and then he revised it to the three months..

It’s leaving me feel a bit in limbo between now and three months postop and I am thinking if I truly do almost nothing until then I will lose unnecessary core stability.

Does anyone have any experience with phasing in really gentle exercises like 360/diaphram breathing, and really basic kind of postpartum ab moves? I kinda wanna put together a plan to take to my surgeon at eight weeks to ask if he’d be OK with it. Does anyone have any advice for how they put together their rehab strategy? Many thanks and love following everyone’s recovery on here!!
