Running a small ecommerce brand on Shopify and the bookkeeping situation has gotten out of hand. Stripe payouts alone are a nightmare to reconcile, refunds and chargebacks keep getting miscategorized and the last two bookkeepers I hired just couldn't keep up with the volume (we pushed about $1M through Stripe last year). So I'm basically looking for a bookkeeping service that works natively with QuickBooks Online but actually assigns a dedicated human who knows how payment platforms work, not just someone who dumps transactions into a spreadsheet and calls it a month. Anyone know of a done-for-you bookkeeping service that can handle Shopify and Stripe reconciliation properly and still delivers into QuickBooks?
