About the slow delivery of the VSF.

Do you know why VS Factory has been so slow with shipments lately? There's a rumor going around that the whole VS lineup is gearing up for an upgrade to free-sprung movements.

Lately, quite a few watch fans have been complaining about VS getting slower and slower with deliveries. Some guys wait a whole week, and some even go over a month without hearing anything. A lot of folks are puzzled about what's really going on. Let me give you a little insider scoop—actually, most of VS's cases and parts come from the same sources as APS Factory and V Factory. And a couple of weeks ago, APS and V got paid a little "tea visit" (if you know what I mean), so their parts suppliers got caught up in it too, which directly hit VS's production output.

But remember—slow work means fine work. Alongside this supply hiccup, VSF has been quietly rolling out upgrades. Right now, they've started upgrading the popular Datejust model with the free‑sprung Dandong 3235 movement, which makes it even more flawless and harder to spot as a replica. It's not yet in full mass production—only a small batch has come out so far. Once I get my hands on the first batch, I'll make a review video to walk you through it.

Testing the VSF Datejust 41.

Got this VSF Datejust today and I can’t wait to test it, I’d say, it lives up to VSF’s reputation.
