I (f20) hit the back left of my head on the corner of a wooden unit a day or so ago, hurt quite bad to the point where I cried and I have quite a high pain tolerance.

I now have a bump there which hurts to touch, and I’ve noticed I feel really tired. I overslept through alarms for work for 2 hours this morning - I never do this.

My whole body feels quite hot and I just feel very out of it, quite irritable too.

I do have health anxiety which may be exacerbating symptoms, should I see a doctor?
