this world was a humble one. it was home to the Peivoui, a race of Aquatics who modified themselves to inhabit their world rather than the other way around. They were known for great trade of aquatic resources, being one of many worlds to take this option of income, though the Flooded world was abundant is resources, resources that the Peivoui treated well.
eventually, the Quhanim arrived on this world. Intrigued and impressed by these humble people and their water-abundant home, decided that the people would be rewarded for their lack of exploitation.
