Welll I do understand the increase in the prices of oil, but I witnessed some areas specifically charging more, that is the self or divers community by themselves implementing or raising the taxi faire.

I didn't see it anywhere - gangtok or even South sikkim but North. I definitely didn't see any official notice reading same.

Can someone suggest me where do I register a complain.

Or if anyone have witnessed the same
