Can't get Silent Hill F Outfit for Fatal Frame 2 on Steam

The solution is to go to the Silent Hill F and Fatal Frame 2 Bundle and if you have both games you can add it for free!
So i went onto Steam after a friend told me that there is a Silent Hill F outfit for free, but i can't get it.
I have the base version of the game on steam and everything, but on the site itself there is no buy button for the DLC.
Does anybody know a solution to this?
