• Must pass the required communication, comprehension, and role-readiness assessment

**Responsibilities**

• Manage subscriber conversations professionally

• Follow scripts, creator personas, and guidelines

• Build rapport and maintain fan engagement

• Help generate sales through quality messaging

• Maintain strict confidentiality

• Meet quality and performance standards

**Application Process**

4. Pass the assessment

5. Pass the 1-hour mock chat evaluation
