HSBC TravelOne Card Showing as “Dormant Account” After VKYC.
Hey guys, I applied for the HSBC TravelOne credit card around 10 days ago. After completing the VKYC, there was no update at all and it felt like they completely ghosted me.
Today, out of nowhere, the card started showing up in my HSBC app, but it’s marked as “Dormant account.”
Does anyone know what this means? Is the card approved but not activated yet, or is there some issue with the application?
