(hi, big ramble about my OC and her dynamics)

don't get it wrong tho, despite the feelings idt anything actually happens in their adventures. Some hints here and there but they never treat her differently just cause she's a girl

(she is literally their childhood friend, they'd rather bite their own arm off than to be weird around her)

for aster's case, she doesn't really treat them any differently. she also does NOT like being unique in any way possible and is very repulsed at the notion of being a pick-me (she was already ReDeux' human experiment, the last thing she'd want is more trouble)

Tom- Oh, they were REALLY close even when they were younger. Before she was taken away for experimentation, Tom and Aster were always seen spending time no matter what. And one time when Tom lost his teddy bear, Aster didn't go home until she found it.

Current time, Tom may not remember her due to the memory wipe but definitely felt a connection to her when she first moved in with them. They both shared interests for music and especially bass guitars, and often times they go drinking together.

Aster's aware of Tom's cynical tendencies but she knows he's a sensitive guy deep inside, she's usually the one to side with Tom when everyone's against him. Along with comforting him privately whenever he feels lonely (She probably went after him during The End, Tord was back but Tom's feelings were more important to her)

Tord- Get her OUT OF THE TRENCHES!!!

I'm kidding, genuinely though as much of an asshole Tord is, he genuinely cares for Aster. (I am a non-believer that Tord NEVER cared and for the sake of my sanity in this AU, Tord WILL reunite and return to them after The End) And was the main reason why he went against ReDeux after he got access to her files by accident when he got employed.

He was the first to experience massive headaches upon looking at her, as if there was a blurry, vague memory trying to resurface. Tord was cautious around Aster but he eventually warmed up. They bond over movies A LOT, and Aster's surprisingly tolerant of Tord's magazines. (not clarifying)

Tord once tried to teach her how to use his weapons but Aster wasn't really the type due to her having abilities to rely on

Edd- They get along really well, when everything gets too overwhelming, Edd is someone Aster can rely on spending time with. Probably doing whatever the hell usually, there's a lot of times where Edd feels a whole lot more vulnerable than he does whenever Aster is around.

Aster usually disagrees with his love for cola (she loves sprite a lot), they tend to bicker over it but at the end of the day, she still comes home with a whole box of cola for Edd. And its vice versa for him

oh yeah, and obligatory matt self love because why not

(hi, sorry for the really lazy art style. I drew this for the lore dump)

Aster was initially childhood friends with Edd & Co, but she was taken away by ReDeux Biotechnology at a young age; and everyone she knew had their memories wiped about her existence.

She became one of the human experiments of ReDeux, and ended up becoming a psychic. She does return to them years later (classic era), but as a guise of a new roommate.

Tord was the only one who felt weird about her after she moved in with them, he got a bad headache and a strong feeling of nostalgia that he can't quite properly place.

The only reason why she doesn't wanna reveal who she really is because of the domino effect it could bring, and possibly ReDeux stepping into her life again to ruin it.

I think I'm just a sentimental person but I miss the times where he's just the more chaotic one of the group rather than him being some evil mastermind :(

I don't know if there's any chance of him being in the friend group to join their adventures again and it's just a saddening thought for me, I'm not sure if anyone else has the same sentiment or thought as me @ _ @ but I'd love to hear like-minded people!!
