arm breaking out for years
my arms have been like this since i was around 12 or 13. i never get any actual pimples but it’s just red and bumpy. i thought it might be due to poor lifestyle choices but even after starting to clean up my act it’s showing no signs of improvement. to be clear it’s entirely superficial, it’s never been itchy or painful i just don’t like how it looks and want it gone. what do i do?
