Can your bird look okay, but not be okay after flying into things?
I usually hate "do I need a vet" posts, but everyone around me is saying he's just in shock and will be okay. And the vets aren't open yet.
I was in the shower and I heard a pretty hard bang. I assumed one of them had to have knocked something over, but it sounded quite hard so I put on a bathrobe to check. He was on the floor, motionless, no sounds at all. I picked him/her up and he climbed onto my shoulder rather slowly.
I tried giving millet, he would take a bite then stare in the distance, up at the ceiling for a bit looking zoned out, then take another bite. He is quite responsive, but keeps closing his eyes. He's standing on one foot so it can be he's just tired (he just woke up two hours ago though) he keeps looking up or with his head tilted now and then and suddenly grabs and licks objects. Is this "just" shock or can it be he flew into the door that hard that theres something wrong with his brain?
