Been awhile since I had a long-lasting flare-up, and usually eating clean, gaviscon, and 3-4 days of patience do it for me, but not this time so far.

Anyone have any outside of the box ideas that are helpful to them when they’re in flare-up mode? All ideas are welcome, thanks!
