Hi, I'm an incoming first science student at UBC and I am a bit worried about the large classes sizes and finding it difficult to talk to/meet people, so if anyone could share what their experience making friends and meeting people in classes was like I would really appreciate it. Also, do first-year science students mostly take the same classes, so will I see a lot of the same people in my classes, or will there be completely different people in every class? Thank you!

I was recently accepted into Science One and am very on the fence about the program. I am very excited about the program, but I'm worried about the workload. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with anyone who has done Science One.
