Unclear fan issue - m15
Hello! I don't usually come to support subs, but I'm not a tech savvy as I like to think and am a bit confused.
So I've had an issue with my fans on my laptop; I get very frequent error messages for fan failure. About once every other week, it reminds me.
I've considered getting a cooling pad to help since i figured it'd be easier, but that doesn't really fix the root of the issue, and that doesn't sit right with me.
I already had to replace the battery, so i have a small bit of experience with this thing, so I decided to run diagnostics to see if it was both fans or just one. I'm confused because both fans passed the diagnostic test. I tried to run it a few more times because idk how it passed. Still passed after 3 tries. So now I don't know what the problem is.
I could bring it in to the local repair shop, but that could be more expensive than just replacing the whole cooling system. I'm calling them tomorrow to see, but I also wanted to ask here to see if someone else knows what I'm not seeing.
