Where can I go?

Hello,

I have a property for sale that I personally believe would be perfect for a family who wants to homestead while staying close to the city. My Property is just outside of Tacoma in unincorporated pierce county, it has an acre of land with 2 fireplaces, one on the main floor and one in the basement.

Is there any website that I can post this property to that is specifically for people looking for homesteading? I think this property has a lot of potential but it just needs to be seen by the right people and I would hate to not try to find that family and just hand it over to a flipper or a corporation.

Thank you ahead of time for any and all leads :)

Giving back to the community.

I have a house for sale that needs a roof, a kitchen and a furnace.
The bathrooms are outdated. But, are in good condition
This property sits on an acre of land.

I don't want to just sell it to a flipper or a corporation.
My first thought is this house is PERFECT for self reliability families, plenty of room to farm, plenty of trees for a few winters heating, 2 fireplaces.

The basement use to be an old mechanic shop so there is a driveway leading down into a garage door and there shower in the laundry room.

I am also interested in wanting to help someone who might not normally be able to get into a home at the price it's worth.

So I was thinking about offering it up for Rent to own with the buyer taking full responsibility for repairs and upkeep , I am thinking:

$10,000 down with $4000 a month or $300,000 down with $2000 a month.

The rent would go towards the payments 100% and I am not interested in interest or make a huge profit of any kind. I need to make something of course. But, I am not looking to get rich.

It's worth about $485,000 to $500,000 and was thinking of asking for $600,000 if I did a rent to own.

If this is a ridiculous idea, I am okay hearing that and any other ideas or ways I could go about getting this house sold that benefits my family and someone else's at the same time.

I have some photo's and video on instagram, CottageCuteinMidland if that helps.
