Help interpreting Telehealth Policy!
There's been some disagreement on what this policy means in practice--
One of us believes:
a) The clinician and client must both be located in MA.
the other believes:
b) Only the client has to be located in MA-- that the clinician can be in another state (as long as they follow the ethics of the state that they're in)
Looking for any insight!
