Hullo All,

I am looking for advice on where to place the heads of a minisplit system. Included are pics of the two floors and where I think that the heads should go.

The build would be in Maine, pretty good insulation and air sealing. I would also have an ERV system.

Would I need one in the kitchen as well? And for second floor, would it be ok to have a single unit in the center if I also had transom windows/vents about the bedroom doors?
