Can I learn the whole Thriller album in 3 months as a beginner?

I am a mid but basically complete beginner. In middle school I played for 2 years with a teacher who couldn't focus on each kid, just 15 students most with different instruments and all she could do was teach the basic tabs and how each song pattern went, no real teaching of the basics because she wasn't able to. This way we managed to give a concert to the school, and I never played after I graduated. Now I got my first ever bass and I am following tutorials in YouTube for the basics such as using more than 2 fingers to press tabs and not play with my thumb, as well as practicing hand dexterity, etc. Aka I am fully a beginner.

However, my high school does a yearly concert, and I decided to apply to learn more and get some extra points, but it was a lot more important and high level than I expected. I am the only "bass player" in the band and the whole bass stuff depends on me, but I genuinely can't even read bass tabs off a music looking paper anymore. Just because I did that 1h concert in middle school, my teacher thinks I am a prodigy or something, this expectations are really high and I am wondering if I should drop it to not dissapoint anybody who is really excited about this project. I don't want to half ass it while everybody else is passionate about it.

Is it realistic to learn the whole Thriller album for this concert in just 3 months? Especially since I heard it is very hard. Also I am a busy person, I study almost 12h a day including school, I can't put more than 2h a day on this, I do want to learn or I wouldn't have joined the project and got a bass, just at my own pace not as rushed as this is.

For last, I am scared because the music teacher presented me like twice in front of the whole band as the only person who can "play" the bass and now they all think I genuinely can or something, he extremely overestimated my ability.

Can I do this? Any tips from experienced players?

UPDATE: I have decided to go through with it because I joined with a friend (though she is around 7 years more experienced than me at her own instrument) and I can't abandon her. I would still need a ton of advice from experienced people, specially a way to find tutorials on songs. How can I play a song with just tabs and the song itself if I can't even hear the bass on the background????🥲💔 Also thank you to all those who motivated me, I will not do more than I am capable of and I will simplify things to my level, thank you again.

I didn't know what I was getting into

I go to IB in Finland where IB is 3 years instead of 2. There's a preDP year where there's short 8 week courses(1 period, total 5) that prepare you for each IB subject and other things like EE, sciences in their totality, etc.

The point is, I was going to 9th grade and after 2 years here I barely spoke Finnish because I saw no value in learning it. But now I couldn't go to lukio(highschool) because it's in Finnish language, meaning I had to go to IB. It was shown to me as a simple English high-school by my teachers. NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY, told me it was this hard.

I only had 2 options, TUVA(a whole school year where you do whatever you need to do to improve your grades, usually for people who did not get into any vocational school or high-school), or IB. I thought IB was the obvious choice because I spoke English pretty well, and I didn't want to spend a whole year doing nothing and graduating a year later than people my age. The thing is that I never investigated what IB was about, I didn't know it was extremely demanding and competitive, I didn't know anything at all. The preIB year cheated tf out of me, it was easy as hell, a lot of content but studying the week before test week was more than enough for +8/10s.

Now I feel betrayed, I don't know by who, but I am only 7 weeks into my DP1 and this is fucking hell. Still, I want to go to college, but if college is harder than this, I will end up an unemployed bum forever because I am not graduating college(if I even get in). On my soul I used to be academic, a long time ago back in 5th grade. Where's my smartness gone...I go to school for 8 hours and study another 2-4h at home everyday, and it doesn't feel enough. When tests arrive, I feel like I am behind, and I don't understand any topics no matter how hard I try (specially math oh god I can't apply for the life of me).

If you have any hopeful comments to keep me going I would appreciate it because this is too much. (Also if u have study guides or tips on how to deal with teachers who only read the slides and the slides are trash, thank you).
