Hey everyone,

I recently built my first small product — a web-based file tools platform (PDF + image tools).

This wasn’t just about the product, but more about learning:

• how to structure a full-stack app
• deploying on Vercel
• handling SEO (sitemap, indexing, etc.)
• making something actually usable

I kept it simple: no login, fast UI, minimal design.

Now I’m trying to figure out:
👉 how to get first users
👉 what to improve next
👉 whether to focus more on features or distribution
