Hey-hey people. Recently got into NFS Heat and had a question regarding parts and stats, and I apologize if it had been asked before.

My question is: should I trust what stats every item provides, or read into what a part supposedly does? Here's an example: my car currently has On-road Tires, which gives me high speed and acceleration. There is another pair, the Race Tires, that makes both of those stats, as well as the car's "Power" lower. But the Race Tires description states their grip will help with entering corners at higher speeds. Do I trust the stats, or do I go with what the part is meant to do going by its description?
