so backstory i applied to a couple of accelerated programs with not a very competitive GPA. i do have some health care experience and serving expirence which i was able to transfer those skills and talk about it in my supplementary applications. anyways last minute i decided to apply to a 4 year program in nursing just in case i didn’t get into any accelerated ones, i did get accepted but i dont know if its the right decision. the cons would be that 1. ill be with a lot younger people, i know people say try to focus on ur own path but i cant help but feel behind. 2. it takes 4 years…. i want to finish asap and help my parents as soon as possible so that’s a big thing for me. 3. i’m finishing up a bachelors and i just feel like i wasted that 4 years of my life as im basically starting from scratch. idk what to do
For people who got UofT accelerated nursing offers in May/June, did they look at your Winter semester grades before deciding?
I applied with an alright GPA from fall and summer but got a couple A’s for winter term, so I’m hoping they consider that.
