I have confirmed Sjogren with POTS and orthostatic issue sometimes i cant stand up... It is only after 1 year of the first flare of Sjogren.. I take only HCQ and I will start LDN during flare i took high dose prednisone.. But sill having dystaunomia flare is horrible. I wear compression sock.. My doctor refuse to give me IVIG he want to stay with health insurance not with me. I dont know how the futur will be. I am 40 years male. If i cant stand up and walk i will finish my life in whilechair.
