Anyone else having trouble topping up credits? And how was your support experience?
I’m kinda stuck right now and honestly a bit frustrated with how this has been handled.
So basically, I signed up and paid for the subscription without any issue. Everything worked fine at the start. But once I ran out of credits and tried to top up, I just couldn’t complete any payment anymore.
I’ve tried multiple cards, removed and re-added payment methods, followed all the instructions… still no luck.
What’s more frustrating is the support side of things.
I’ve been in touch with a few different agents (Mars, Roxy, Barry), and every time it feels like the conversation resets. I keep explaining the same issue again and again, but it doesn’t seem like anyone is actually picking up the full context.
At some point I even took the initiative to provide everything upfront:
ID, card details, and even a photo of me holding the cards I used just to make verification easier and speed things up.
But despite that, nothing really moved forward, and today i found my case was closed without any clear explanation or resolution, ironically present me the form to rate the experience🤦🏻♂️.
That’s the part I don’t really get. From my perspective, this kind of issue should be something that can be reviewed and resolved fairly quickly once proper verification is provided. Instead it feels like it’s being handled in a very roundabout way.
Now my project is basically on hold because I can’t top up credits.
Has anyone here experienced something similar?
Did it eventually get resolved for you?
Would really appreciate any insight or advice, especially if there’s a better way to get this properly looked into.
