Im considering starting Effexor but the idea of gaining weight sounds worse than being dizzy to me.
If you gained weight from Effexor was it the drug slowing down your metabolism or feeling hungry and eating excess calories?
Just to add: Im not judging anyones weight gain. We are all just trying to survive out here
I rarely get ocular migraines, maybe 3 a year. Im currently day 3 of my period which is when my vestibular migraines start to hit the worst. I woke up this morning feeling dizzy and I knew it was gonna be a bad day. I went downstairs to take my meds (qulipta, ibuprofen, pepcid ac, and magnesium), and my vision went blurry. I couldn’t even count how many pills had poured into my hand. I had to have my husband help me. Then BOOM aura in both eyes. One giant zigzagging flashing circle going around the entire outer part of my vision. It made me feel so dizzy and unstable. I slapped my migraine cap on and laid down for an hour and then it resolved. Of all the symptoms I think those are the worst.
