Hey guys,
My name is Court, and I've got some quick questions for pressure washing business owners (or anyone else doing some form of cleaning).
Something I keep hearing, and want to know more about, is how a lot of pressure washers have their loud equipment running while they're on a job, but can't hear/feel their phone ringing. Come to find out, it's a potential customer that didn't get an answer, therefore they're now onto the next guy to get the job done.
The few questions I have for you...
- When you're actively on a job, what happens to calls coming in? Do you call back same day, or does it sometimes slip?
- After you send a quote to someone, do you follow up if they go quiet, or do most of those just go cold?
- What's the one part of running your business you wish you could just hand off completely?
I'm genuinely just researching how pressure washing businesses handle the customer communication side of things. Not here to pitch anything.
I appreciate it!
