After I read this email to receive the instruction for gas card, I have 2 questions:

1. What’s the point of the question mark above my name?
2. Email came at 12:51 noon and tell me to attend session from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm on the same day. And that’s the only day. Like bruhhh 😑
