Can someone explain what is the benefit of pairing top of the line x3d CPU with rtx 5090?
If you have a 5090 you probably play in 4k, I know the biggest benefit of x3d CPUs is that they increase frames exponentially in 1080p but you would play in 4k so why so many rtx 5090 builds use x3d CPU? Why not just get 9600X and call it a day?
