Coleman Instant 5 Person window velcro/slap band replacements?

Hi, everyone - just got this tent secondhand and it's missing the "slap bands" that went inside the window shades to roll them up neatly. Does anyone know of replacement options? If not, what are we doing to hold the window shades neatly? Clothes pins?

About 15 years ago my husband and his brother drilled a hole in the wall of the family room through the sill plate to the basement to run wires for a wall-mounted TV. Yesterday (Wednesday afternoon) we found water leaking out of that hole, with enough water emerging to leave a decent puddle on the basement floor (unfinished, thank goodness).

There is no plumbing on that wall. There is no plumbing above that wall. The closest plumbing is about 15 away, where the master bathroom shower drains into the main stack from the 2nd floor.

There is no sign of water damage anywhere in the finished part of the house, not in the ceiling or the walls. We've run a Depstech endoscope along the sill plate in two places from above (via behind the baseboard) and don't see any water damage there.

The only visible water damage is on the bottom 1/3 of the sill plate, as seen from the basement looking up (top of sill plate is dry right above the place where the bottom of the sill plate is wet).

The two prior relevant events would be that we turned the water off for a vacation, and turned it back on a week ago today. One of our teens took a bath in our bathroom (bigger tub) on Tuesday which resulted in a large quantity of water draining from the 2nd floor. Neither of us noticed the puddle until yesterday, and I suspect it was fairly recent because we have hard water and puddles on cement tend to leave a white ring as they evaporate.

We are flummoxed. Any ideas? Thank you!

tl;dr: went on vacation and skipped a week. Results: food noise and hunger crept back in 9-10 days into vacation but were never unmanageable. Took shot when I got home and experienced stronger side effects from a gut full of junky food. Gained about 3 lbs [eta: of what I'm assuming is water/inflammation weight] on vacation but 36 hrs post-shot, weight has returned to pre-vacation number.

Hi, everyone - we regularly get posts about stopping tirz on vacation. I did exactly that, and wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.

I was out of the country, traveling internationally, for 2 weeks. I took my last shot the day we left (Saturday), and skipped one week, restarting the day we returned home (Saturday). I'm at 2.5 weekly in maintenance mode, and was never higher than 3.0 mg. My reasoning was that my main side effect is tiredness, and I did not want to be out of commission on vacation. Being able to eat freely didn't factor into my thought process. We don't drink, so that also wasn't an issue.

I noticed towards the end of the 2nd week that I felt less full, and wanted to eat more than I usually would on tirz. To be fair, we were walking at least 6-7 miles a day, with a couple of extremely long hikes (10-13 miles) in hilly terrain, so I'm not surprised my body wanted more food. I also noticed that I felt less full, and while I was able to ration desserts or treats, I was thinking about them more. I didn't binge or make super unhealthy choices, just ate more in quantity and more heavier foods than I normally would. Think Chicken Tikka Masala with rice, rather than Chicken Tikka (no sauce) and a bed of vegetables. I also had desserts.

I was up 3 lbs when I got home. I took my shot (2.75 to help with food noise, I'll go back to 2.5 next week) within 6 hours of getting home, so there was still quite a bit of junk-adjacent food in my gut (hub needed McDonald's fries on the drive home, I had some, plus frozen yogurt in the layover airport). I was extremely dehydrated from long flights. I had a very rumbly gut and some sulfur burps 36 hrs later, which almost never happen in my non-vacation experience. This morning I was back to pre-vacation weight. The food noise is subsiding, and the feeling of fullness has returned.

I'm not sure what I'd do next time. We tend to be on vacation for 2 weeks at a stretch (hub's been with the same company for 2 decades so he's got a lot built up) so this will be an ongoing issue. I have a few vials of ZB I could take on vacations, and build in a rest day the day after I take the shot. I could also prepare for a rougher post-shot experience and just build that into my return process.

I hope this helps someone who is stumped on what to do re shots on vacation!
