Soooo, idk where else to talk about this because its bothering me so bad and I genuinely dont know what to do.

So a co-worker of mine (Under 18, F) the other day was followed into the women's restroom at the movie theater that I work at, by an older co-worker. (35-ish, M) and obviously was freaked out by it.

She went to management but from what I was informed of they sort of just told her that "they'd look into it, etc. Etc." Which is annoying because that generally means theyre not. Because this is NOT the first time that hes done this and we HAVE had customers complain about his behavior before.

And ontop of that he decided to cuss her out about her telling on him for his behavior. Which caused her to cry and end up quitting.

Now there are some in management who claim this man has some sort of Autism or is somewhere on the spectrum. But to me that shouldn't matter because this employee has been told multiple times not to just walk into the women's restroom while hes ushering- yet he continues to.

My GM (as nice of a man he is) refuses to fire people, he waits till they quit. Which is BS. There is no consequences for anything.

And it just angers me so much that absolutely nothing is going to or is being done about it and I just dont know what to do. I hate feeling like I cant do anything when I know something wrong is going on. :[

I cant unfortunately just quit my job (as much as id like to leave)
