I just started working at Bath n body works and i barley get many shifts, and when I do its super short. (keep in mind I feel as if i am good worker and i have made many sales.) One time they have called once an hour before my shift to say they had to cut it. And the other 2 times a few hours before. I asked another coworker about it and she said its cuz they dont make enough money to give us, so they cut our shift. I feel like thats bs. Its Bath n Body works. They make alot. Anyone know if they are allowed to do this?
