I’ve used this tape only a few times and it looks very deteriorated. Asked him to run again and he said all players looked the same. Asked him to exercise the tape and he said no and that VHS c tapes lose quality quickly since they are 20 years old.

Should I try an AI software or go get the tape and try to get a clearer image from the tape??
