Square has been holding my funds since 11/5. Initially I got an email stating in 180 days the funds would be deposited in the account linked with square. And then I got an email stating the $$ would be held indefinitely. Everything was legit, no chargeback, no refund request, nothing.

Every time I call them, I get hung up on. The chat specialist keep giving me different answers. I’ve filed 2 formal complaints so far.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks
