Nurse has robbed me of my chance to have a healthy bmi recorded on nhs!

I went to see the doctor for a non-Mounjaro related thing and they wanted to take my height and weight. This is the first time this has been recorded since before I started Mounjaro so I was low key excited to have my current results made official. (Silly I know).

Anyway the nurse left the room and I checked the screen and my bmi has been recorded as 27.7! When I got home I checked the nhs app and she entered my height way off. All my previous readings say I’m 162cm and she recorded 154cm. It sent me in a spiral that I’m shorter than I thought but looking back I have like 10 recordings saying 162cm so unless I’ve also lost 8cm in height without realising it must be wrong.

Can’t help to feel cheated from my recorded victory lol

GOAL - green across the board!!

Hooray! I am finally a healthy bmi for the first time ever in my adult life. Got my green across the board goal - apart from metabolic age but I turn 36 next month so I’m taking it!

SW - 111kg/17st6lbs
CW - 64kg/10st1lb

Lost - 47kg/7st2lb

I started on 1st July 2025 and went into a soft maintenance 4 weeks ago and started titrating down from 12.5mg and am currently on 7.5mg.

I have still been losing and want to float around 60-63kg but will take my time getting there.

Maintenance and knowing when to stop has messed with my head a little but I am happy in my size 10 jeans and want to preserve muscle mass and reduce loose skin. I am also only 11 months post partum so will see how my body changes over the next 6 months and will reassess goals then.
