So there's not really any lore behind it but I keep dreaming about a dark fantasy style forest with big glowing mushrooms with a village in it. The village is set up similar to the ewok villages from starwars cause they have houses and stuff built high into the trees but there's also stuff on the ground level, mostly shops and there's also the glowing mushrooms I mentioned they vary in size but most of them are a little bigger than the ones in minecraft and the smallest ones are usually about the size of an average mushrooms you'd find in the wild oh and they don't just glow one color they're all different colors individually not like rainbow mushrooms. The forest surrounding the village is very dense and doesn't contain as many mushrooms as the village which causes it to be nearly pitch black due to it always being night. I actually haven't gotten a chance to get a good look at the people who live in the village but I'd have to assume they aren't very large considering they live in tree houses. There's also a beautiful crystal cave on the outskirts of the village and there's several ponds around the ground level with the largest being in the middle of the village. Surprisingly I don't know much about this town apart from what I've noticed on the surface level so I'll have to look for someone who can tell me about the village next time I'm back.
