Hello! I have referred 5 people for a program. The first one to sign up did all the steps over 3 weeks ago and it still has him as "in progress." i only have two days left and the rest of them are "Confirming eligibility." Ive contacted support multiple times, who have said they cant tell me anything about someone elses account. My friend has contacted support and they tell him he should be good, and they give him a generic list as to why it didnt work, even though none of the reasons apply to us such as failing the time limit, not using the link ect. He obviously used the link and we have two days left. No support is helping and im running dangerously low on time.
