Questions About Space-Time Distortions
With the recent news that Pokemon Bank will be shutting down, I decided that it’s time to, metaphorically, get up off my arse and finish my Origin/Form/Living Dex. And since I have to play through Legends Arceus again anyway (twice actually, since the first time I played I used a different name for RP purposes, and now I need to get 2 Enamorus), and since STDs can take between 5-40 minutes to appear, I can work my way through ORAS, XY and USUM while waiting for them to show up.
That being said I do have a couple of questions about STDs (I tried looking for the answers online and get mixed results. Every question I asked Google AI just said “Space-Time Distortions only appear after beating the area guardian” yeah, no shit dummy);
Some sources online have said the best time the do STDs is when the sky changes and you get kicked out of the village. Some also said that this also improves the odds of getting the rare Pokemons, Porygon and such. Is this true or just wishful thinking?
Is there a way to improve the chances of the rare Pokemon being Alphas? (I’m also doing an Alpha Dex while I’m at it)
After the STD disappears, does the timer until the next one reset? Or do I have to leave the area and come back to get another one?
