Web site vs App discrepancy
I used a Saily eSIM on my last trip to Mexico and for the most part it worked well. I purchased the unlimited plan for 5 days with the high speed limit of 5gb per day before throttling kicks in. I am about to make another trip to Mexico and want to purchase the same plan again but the top up in the app now says the daily limit before throttling is 3gb. I pulled up the Saily site on my browser and it says the daily limit is 5gb before throttling. So which is it? 2gb daily makes a world of difference when you are depending on your phone during travel. Should I sign up again via web or just top up via the app and expect it to be 5gb daily. I don’t want to cheat myself out of usage and if it truly is 3gb a day. I have found other eSIMs that offer up to 5-10gb a day before throttling and will give them a try if I can’t get an answer to this Saily discrepancy. But I’m a creature of habit and like to stick with things that just work if possible.
