Hi, I adopted my syrian hamster in april straight from the mother. I wanted to build a bond slowly and let him get used to things gradually. At first, I often saw him in the evening, scared but curious. He was very active, digs a lot, and I regularly heard him running. But for the last few weeks, I never see him anymore, even though I see changes in his cage every morning. I have a proper cage size (110x55 cm) cage with deep bedding, plenty of entertainment (more now, then on the photos), and good, varied food. What can I do about this? How can I see him more often? And how can I still build a bond with him?
