Girlfriend got a bad diagnosis
My girlfriend (20) recently got diagnosed with a heart problem that I still don't understand the details of. I remember she said football players have "dropped dead" from this and she can't workout much, with a lifting limit of 50 lbs. She also said she's at risk of cardiac arrest. She's terrified and has no one to really talk to who gets it. How can I best comfort her (besides "I'm so sorry" and "I can't imagine what you're going through")?
