I own one rental condo and after some ups and downs I feel very fortunate to have found a great tenant. My one major issue is the property management company. I am on strata so I see all their activity and it is so frustrating how incompetent they are. I know it’s not a great job but I’m just wondering if anyone has had good experiences with property management companies in Vancouver. Also wondering if you have found ways of working with them that helps to ensure things get done and done well.
